Stamps work best on absorbent/permeable paper surfaces. Like White Papers, Brown Bags, Price Tags, Tissue Paper, Paper Cups etc.
They don’t work on non-absorbent/non-permeable surfaces like Plastic covers, Shiny Surfaces etc.
Refilling can be done at any stamp makers in your area or you could buy Pre Inked Stamps Ink from us. This can be used to refill 2 to 4 times.
